This wonderful, sexy musical is about Cabaret singer Roxie Hart who ends up in prison after killing her married lover. Inside she is ruled over by buxom warden Mama Morton. Desperate to be vindicated, Roxie turns to suave but manipulative lawyer Billie Flynn who has a reputation for saving his clients from going to the gallows.
Roxie finds herself in competition however when another glamorous inmate arrives and she finds Billy's attention is diverted elsewhere. Fame hungry, Roxie teams up with the gorgeous Velma Kelly who is in prison for a double murder. Despite being jealous and suspicious of each other, they know they could work together to gain the fame and freedom they both desire.
Chicago has so much to offer with its' glitzy, glamorous numbers; the tantalising choreography and its' sleazy storyline. The legs, the costumes, the passion and excitement; this is a huge production that deserves its' longevity in the West End.
